About Alice Schertle
Alice Schertle is a former teacher turned author who has published more than 40 titles. The majority of these are children’s books, 9 of which are part of her popular Little Blue Truck series. Schertle’s love for poetry can be seen throughout her books which are often written in a rhyming pattern. Her talents have helped her earn a multitude of awards including the Lee Bennett Hopkins Poetry Award and a Christopher Award.
